On December 6, 2023, the National Intellectual Property Administration issued a notice on the identification of the new batch of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and advantageous enterprises for 2023. SBT was successfully selected as a new batch of national intellectual property advantageous enterprises for 2023, based on its outstanding technological innovation and intellectual property management capabilities.

The "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" refers to enterprises belonging to industries that are key to national and local development, capable of undertaking major and key industrial development projects at the national and local levels, possessing independent intellectual property rights capabilities, actively engaging in intellectual property protection and utilization, establishing a comprehensive intellectual property management system and mechanism, and having comprehensive intellectual property strength. SBT's selection this time is another national-level honor following its previous recognition as a "little giant" enterprise with national specialization and new characteristics, indicating that SBT has achieved significant results in intellectual property creation, utilization, protection, and management, and ranks among the industry leaders in technological innovation and outcome transformation.
As of November 2023, SBT has obtained over 340 valid intellectual property rights (including 70 invention patents), actively transforming its intellectual property advantages into market competitiveness, fully leveraging the role of high-value patents in industrial transformation, upgrading, and innovative development, promoting the industrialization and application of core ultrasonic technologies, and becoming a pioneer in breaking the monopoly of foreign brands in the ultrasonic industry in China.
On November 30, 2023, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration announced the list of Shanghai's high-value patent industrialization demonstration units for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2023, with SBT successfully making the list.
On November 16, 2023, SBT won the "Patent Operation Benchmark Award" in the finals of the 2023 Shanghai High-Value Patent Operation Competition. This was achieved through on-site roadshows, defense, and evaluation by an expert panel, scoring first place in the enterprise group roadshow.
